Guest Chef Program at Brick + Wood

Fairfield, CT: Brick + Wood, Fairfield County’s popular locale for all things pizza, fresh mozzarella and those scrumptious Italian street food faves, presents their on-going guest chef series starting February 4, 2015.  “Love, Life {and chefs!}”, an extension of Brick + Wood’s signature “Love Life” mantra, features some of the area’s most talented and innovative food biz professionals. Each guest chef will bring their vision and recipe of the perfect pizza to Brick + Wood’s wood-fired ovens for a special evening of food and fun.

The line-up currently includes Tim Scott of Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill (February 4th), Match Restaurant’s Matt Storch (February 25th), Laura Downey and Chris Palumbo of Fairfield Cheese Company (March 18th), The Spread’s Carlos Baez (April 8th), Judith Roll from Tabouli Grill (April 29th), Washington Prime’s Jared Falco (May 20th) and Ryan Fibiger of Saugatuck Craft Butchery (June 10th).
