While the main kitchen and market remain under construction, guests will order (online ordering is also available) from the counter window, and food will be brought to the tables. Chef Thompson and his kitchen crew will prepare the menu from the West Shore Seafood food truck and mobile kitchen while the main kitchen is completed. Food truck and catering services are available for private parties and festivals. Susie’s seafood oasis, which first opened its doors in June 2007, is ready to welcome back its patrons. The restaurant, housed in a quaint ranch-style storefront that dates back to the 1960s, has been a staple in the community. Over the past 15 years, West Shore Seafood has continually evolved, expanding its menu and adding a catering arm with Executive Chef Rob Thompson, who joined the team last year.
